Zhengzhou YiFan Machinery Co.,Ltd signed an order--a set of crushing and screening equipments with Indonesian customers. They are deliveried on 9th, April, 2013. This set of equipments include PE-750×1060 jaw crusher, 4YK1860 vibrating screen, ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder. PE-750×1060 jaw crusher can be used to crush material, whose compression strength is not more than 320Mpa. This jaw crusher is mainly used in various industries, such as mining, smelting, road and railway construction, water conservation and chemical industry etc.

4YK1860 vibrating screen works in a rotundity trajectory, and is of 4 layers and high efficiency. The vibratory screen adopts the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing.

ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder is used to match the crushing and screen equipments, it feed material into primary crusher evenly and continuously.

The stone materials are sent to jaw crusher trough vibrating feeder to be coarse  crushed, and then the vibrating screen screens the crushed materials to different specifications.
