Jaw crusher withstand greater torque or vibration when it is operation.So it often cause transmission failure,which includes:the gap between first part of the pulley and shaft caused by the shaft and the hub wear,the force caused by the eccentric shaft bearing bit worn and so on.
Conventional repair method to solve the problems mentioned above is the hub counterbore machined after welding or repair the main brush, but there are some drawbacks both: high thermal stress generated by welding can not be completely eliminated, easily causing material damage, leading to part appears bent or broken; while the electric brush by coating thickness limit is easily peeled off, and the above two methods are metal with metal repair, you can not change the "hard-on-hard" with the relationship, the combined effect of the force is still again will cause wear and tear.

1.whether foot bolt is loose or broken
2 Flying sheave position is deviation
3 host infrastructure is securely fixed, with or without vibration isolation measures
Solution would have the following points:
If the foot bolt loosening ,the bolts with a wrench can be,but  if the foot bolt broken, it need to replace the experience bolts.
The way to Solve flywheel position deviation approach is to remove the fly wheel cover groove, relax fly sheave cover bolts, adjust the position of the sheave and then fly fly trough Lunzhang tight tight bolts.
If jaw crusher is severely shaken because of the host instability, it should be reinforced base.
